Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform end to end testing work on complex projects with little or no supervision
- Prepare test data, test plans, and execute test scenarios
- Execute regression testing and maintain regression test scenarios
- Conduct defect reviews with development team and other stake holders and resolve them
- Analyze defects and issues, work with development team to resolve them
- Provide status report including risk assessment to Project Manager and other stake holders
- Participate in specification walk through, identify issues early on in development cycle
- Trouble shoot production issues and assist in problem resolution
Preferred Skills / Experience
- B.E. /MCA /MCS in Computer Science or related
- 2 -3 years of testing experience both in Manual and Automation testing. Good experience in UI Testing
- Test plan, test cases, test data preparation and defect management experience
- Testing experience dealing with large, complex and data intense applications
- Ability to multi-task when working with large projects
- Must be proficient with Selenium , Manual testing, testing in a Java Environment
- Must be proficient with skills – Selenium, Maven , Jenkins, TestNG.
- Proficient with tools – Jira, Testlink, HP-ALM, Performance Testing Jmeter/ BlazeMeter
- Very strong analytical, communication, writing and problem solving skill
- Experience managing regression test suite and automated test tools
- Proven experience mentoring testing and training skills
- Industry experience in of the following areas: credit card processing, B2B payment solutions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, financial services
- Must be a team player and perform well in a fast paced environment
